Privacy
Pronto is part of the Wyzin family of products. This notice explains what data Pronto stores about you and how account deletion works.
What Pronto stores
- Your prompt and the generated score for every piece you create, so you can replay or refine it from your library.
- Your Pronto preferences (composition defaults, notation toggles).
- Lightweight usage events (which features you used, when) used for product improvement and rate-limit accounting.
Shared Wyzin account data
Sign-in, billing, and your basic profile are managed by Wyzin Core, the shared identity layer behind every Wyzin product. Pronto reads your account status from Wyzin Core but never holds your password, billing details, or cross-product activity. See the Wyzin Privacy Notice for how that shared layer is handled.
Deleting your account
Deleting your Pronto account removes all Pronto data immediately — prompts, generated scores, preferences, and usage events. Your Wyzin account and other Wyzin product data are not affected by this action. To delete your shared Wyzin account, use the account controls in the Wyzin dashboard.
The in-app delete control is in the Settings area; the request takes effect within seconds.
Beta-build caveat
Pronto is currently in early access. This notice will be expanded with full GDPR / CCPA disclosures, third-party processor lists, and retention timelines before public launch.
